Today is a big day.  Today, March 17th at 7:40PM PST, we hit a milestone that should make us all proud.  Together, we have made $200 million in loans to deserving entrepreneurs!

Kiva gave its first loan in 2005, reached the $100 million mark in November of 2009, and today reached $200 million.  This means that with the help of 126 Field Partners, we have been able to provide loans to over 520,000 people in 58 countries around the world.
