Over the coming months something I'm going to be working towards is giving the Kiva community better insight into who does what at Kiva, and who the Kiva staff are, via short videos to be posted on the Kiva blog.
The last two weeks at Kiva HQ in San Francisco have been "black out" weeks which means that all Kiva staff are required to be working from Kiva HQ in San Francisco, which includes all of our staff located internationally. This ensures that we all get two weeks of face-to-face time, several times a year, to ensure that the organization is running smoothly in unison, despite the various locations we are all in.
I've been grabbing some quick videos of our internationally based staff while they're in the office, the first being Anne-Laure Behaghel, who is based in Dakar, Senegal.
